When you find a shortcut it is relatively close to the sky train station. Staff is nice, we stayed one night and got upgraded for a better room for free.
Excellent spot in Vienna in walking distance to St. Stephens Cathedral and all of the shops. This was perfect for our group of 6 people. Had a smart tv with you Tube channels to watch American programming and news. Everything was wonderful. We didn’t use the kitchen, but if we were to stay in Vienna for a week, this would definitely be the place to go. The owners communicated with us as we arrived.
The beds were really comfortable and the place made you feel at home. Best value for my money.
I had three bookings, 2 stays: first stay, July 9 – 27, with my husband, at a spacious one bedroom apartment at the back overlooking the beautiful quiet garden. Although we eat out most of the time, but we quite enjoy the kitchen facility provided, very handy to enjoy store bought foods for late night snacks. second stay: August 13-16, by myself, so I had a room at the front of the building facing Natural Museum. Still, I had access to a share kitchen. We particular appreciated one of the fellow worker; he had very good manner and polite, always knock upon entering. Garden Living is more like a residential stay then a hotel, with limited hours at the front desk. I had one late arrival, I followed instruction retrieving my key with no issue. There was no air conditioner, but electric fans was provided. The tasteful decor, quiet setting, high ceiling and spacious comfortable rooms certainly worth mentioning.

Food ..place ..beach..people..pool everything really
Location good. Apartment is in a apartment block in the city area, walking distance to most places. Security and access is good.
Staff were great and very flexible with checking in last minute, after another booking.com booking nearby had left us on the doorstep without accommodation.
Hotel receptionists welcoming and helpful. Executive room was very spacious, clean, and comfortable. Liked the Victorian feel.
Our room was spacious, and the view across the lagoon was wonderful. The bed was very comfortable and the linen good quality. Breakfast was very good with plenty of choice of savoury items. The staff were all friendly. We had dinner one evening which was good, though the cannelloni was so large we were unable to finish our main course! One course would have been enough. The waiter was very jolly!
