Hydromassage pool is a super cool element of this hotel! I had the chance to relax a lot! Breakfast is very good, you can choose different things, salted, sweet, fruit… The room is just as descripted in the official pictures, it is very clean and the air conditioner works perfectly! As for the staff, i had the opportunity to meet with 2 amazong sirs: Kamal and Aimad. They’re very friendly and helpful, they speak perfectly english and french, and can suggest you lots of places to visit and where to eat a wonderful tajine!
The location was fantastic, hotel is quirky but the room was small and layout of the room was strange. Overall a nice place to stay but primarily because of the location.
What I like about this hotel is the room is very clean. The receptionist is friendly and check in and check out is fast and efficient.
The price is reasonable for San Francisco. This is the main reason to stay here.
It’s amazing! The host was very kind and fast in respond. The location is very good for those who wants to go to Jiu Zhai Gou or other places because there’s a bus station just 10 mins walk from the apartment. Many restaurants along the street of Chengdu, so guests don’t have to worry about where to eat (even for those who don’t like Spicy Food!). 1,1 km walk from the Apartment to Chunxi Road (available to go by Metro) must visit for those who want to go shopping! The apartment itself was very comfortable, clean and spacious! For tourists who’re afraid about getting lost, don’t worry! The best thing about this apartment is the host; she was very kind and informative, you should be able to ask her anything. This place feels like home 🙂

I liked the apartment location and wireless internet connection which worked very well.
It is rare that I write a recommendation on any establishment, but I think, for the money I paid to stay at The Carlton Palace Hotel – it was excellent. The staff were friendly, it was clean, large and plenty of options to keep me entertained…..
Everything, the location is excellent and the flat has all the necessary conveniences to make your stay a pleasant one.
