Welcoming staffs, pleasant concierge, having a 7-11 convenience store closeby (less than 1 min walk) was helpful. Preferred choice for large tour groups hence its always crowded. It is suitable for family trips.

The single room was nice, big for the price in London, and clean. The bar downstairs was lovely, always full but nothing could be heard from the room. The hotel is just outside Waterloo station, which makes its location a big plus

My stay was absolutely amazing! After travelling for 9 hours on a bus from Germany I was exhausted, only to arrive at 1am with a note from Marin saying he had upgraded my room free of charge. Safe to say I had the best nights sleep. In the morning Marin greeted me personally and gave me a detailed run by of the city and the best things to do and see. He was soo incredibly helpful and made me feel instantly comfortable and at ease in a city I didn’t know. He was more then happy to help with anything I needed. He even gave me a recommendation to the most incredible little restaurant for dinner! He called me a taxi and then walked me down to the street at the end of my stay! It’s so much more then just a hotel. I felt right at home. I couldn’t recommend this hidden gem of Zagreb any more, I will definitely be back to stay! 😊
The hotel center, comfortable, close to amenities
Staff are very friendly. The location is very close to taksim square.
Unit was just nice for all of us. Beds are comfortable. We cooked and had our eggs and bread breakfast everyday. We enjoyed our stay there. Masud was a nice host. We also like the location. Convenient to get Grab to travel anywhere. Security was good. Pool was nice and clean.
