Excellent location! Great staff. Located at center of the city. Santiago downtown is not very big, almost everything is within walking distance. Metro station and supermarket are close by. Staff is great and willing to help although they might need google translate. The apartment is spacious, comfortable and great for 2-3 people. Although there are several things not working properly the first night such as the shower head valve, light bulb and wood floor, the staff fixed them the next day after we told them during office hour. We stayed here before and after Easter island. After the first night, everything works pretty good.
How clean everywhere was, even the links to other parts of hotel was clean friendly staff
It was like having a private residence. Very few rooms and very quiet
Good location, easy to reach the city centre, room was a very good size , well equipped and very clean. Nice view onto water from my room.

The location was great. The owners were accommodating. We came very early in the day, and they allowed us to leave our luggages first since we’re to check – in after lunch. They even offered us the breakfast that morning. They also helped us book a cab to the airport for our departure.
I have stayed here for years and the best part about this hotel is the location. Right above the MTR station and next door to a shopping centre great for cheap food. The staff seem to really be trying harder to be friendly and helpful.

sadly only a quick stop at this hotel. room was lovely and loved the small balcony. great shower and bathroom,not big but effecient. Bed very comfortable. wifi was fine. Lovely welcome at reception by lebanese speaking lady,sorry forgot name.. close to many restaurants and to major metro Chatelet.
Good value for money. Excellent restaurant. Friendly staff. Comfortable rooms. Hot sauna!
