Personnel was incredibly friendly and helpful!!! Lovely, modern & very clean room. Nice breakfast. On our day trip to Auschwitz, we had to leave very early and we had to skip breakfast, but the staff offered us a lunch box. On our last day, we had to leave early to catch our flight and the hotel gave us the opportunity to have breakfast earlier than normal! That’s really outstanding service!!! Good location (a 20 minutes walk to the city centre). For sure Krakow is the most beautiful city we have ever been to!

Hotel is half way between Takaracho and Hacchobori train stations. I was able to go direct to Narita Airport from Takaracho on the Asakusa line which is a much cheaper than taking Narita Express. The hotel is fairly new so the room was extremely clean and well appointed with huge TV.
Brilliant location, friendly and professional staff and although the rooms are simple, the hotel is well-maintained and scrupulously clean. Hotel is ideal for solo travellers and adults.
This was a last minute booking and we were thrilled with this one-bedroom villa. Beautiful, minimalist decor and super comfortable king bed in a safe and private little part of Penestanan – which has access to brilliant restaurants just outside of the bustle of downtown Ubud. Good sized pool in a lovely tropical garden and a large open-air shower / hot tub. Buda and Kadek were both genuinely friendly and really helpful: very good vibes! We’d definitely stay again: sulsma!
The hotel looks fairly new. It is located at quiet area about 200m from metro station Pietralata which is about 20 minutes from city centre. The hotel has industrial design, caring reception and restaurant staff, very clean rooms, comfortable beds, we had room with large balcony. We really appreciated great coffee, fruits and unlimited drinks for each breakfest. Fast free wifi.
The location was close to Rembrandt Square with many restaurants.
The hotel had new facilities, and furniture. Good beds. Metro entrance is right behind the door of the hotel.
