Location (close to the beach), but it’s hard to get into the apartment, even when you know the adress, because there is no sign on the door. You have to call the manager by phone! If you know what you get (see my other comments), the price is quite good compared to other apartments in Sochi.

Really spacious and clean rooms with a comfy bed. Friendly staff and great selection at breakfast. Good value for money.
I like the interior design. Clean, and makes you feel at home. Also, the location is good for those who want to be close to the airport. There’s a Church nearby and it helps you guide the taxi driver.

This hotel is located perfectly for anyone coming to Old Quebec for the Christmas Market or to experience the old town.
On arrival at the hotel there was free Paella! Perfect 🙂 Great location right next to the train station. The key card for the room door also worked for the locker which was convenient – especially since I lost my lock.
This PINE CITY HOTEL housekeeping DEPT: is so bad .Because I stay at 5 nights at Hotel one day for RMB 665. In 2nd day I throw in the rubbish bin. But next day they didn’t take away from room. Do you know what are they doing ? They put on the table my own rubbish . They mean , You rubbish you throw yourself like this . Hey,Guys …. I already give service charge also .That day I can complaint to Hotel Manager . But, I didn’t do that.So, Next time If I have to plan to travel to Shanghai ; I never stay this Pinn City Hotel and I’m very disappointed your Booking Com also .Thanks !
We were in the perfect location to explore Palermo on foot. The room was spacious and very comfortable and linen and towels lovely. Breakfast was typical Italian and a great start to the day. Friendly staff and very helpful with suggestions for places to visit and restaurant recommendations.
