very professional and friendly staff who are used to deal with foreign tourists clean but small room with fast free WiFi , TV , AC and warm water on request quite nice rooftop where they serve a decent free breakfast with good quality coffee overall improved service and appearance compared to my last stay a couple of years ago
Nice place and excellent service. Staff took an extra effort to satisfy our odd request like serving us in room dinning order at the swimming pool area at night. Feel very special and fun 🙂
The location was great. The Victoria and Sloane Square Tube Stations were an easy walk. It was very spacious and worked well with teenagers.
Excellent Breakfast. Great parking. Two ATM’s onsite. Strong WiFi. International drinks menu would be a good idea for the bar.

Very convenient location and clean and tidy. Double glazed windows helped with noise (though my room faced the rear lane and wasn’t too bad in any case). Breakfast delivered to your room nice to start the day, but basic croissant, orange juice, tea and a couple of cheap biscuits. Didn’t have much to do with the staff, but the ones I interacted with were friendly and helpful. Obviously you’re paying for 2 star accommodation, and it shows in the general cheapness and tiredness of the rooms and facilities, but presumably you accept that for this sort of accommodation. But if the rooms are clean, the towels fresh, and the firmish but comfortable new looking mattress, and most of the time you’re out and about exploring Rome, that’s all you need. Note though that I was travelling and staying on my own, if my wife were with me I’d be likely wanting something just a bit more upmarket, and to be open to paying a bit more.
Staff was super friendly. Check in and out was easy and fast. Room was spacious and looked like it had been recently renovated.
The hotel is nice and clean. Rooms are not big but you have some kind of ‘wardrobe kitchen’ which is very nice. The parking is in front of the hotel. The breakfast was ok…not so many options but it’s ok 🙂
Exactly as described and as seen in the pictures. The beds were really confortable and everything was clean. We really like the neighborhood. It was a little bit far from the center but by public transport the access was easy.
