The apartment is convenient as I thought. Plenty room space and very clean. Location is super central-located, very near to 3 train stations and its very close to Osaka Dome, I stayed here for a concert and I reached there by walking in 5mins. It also not too far to the Shinsaibashi. Around this area, Neighbors are quiet and friendly, it is hard hear noise at night. Fully kitchen equipment and items. Cooking time are very enjoyable. If you think it take to much time to cook, there are plenty grocery and supermarket around there, moreover, items they sale are cheap. I had Grilled Eel over Rice in the restaurant behind the apt, it was delicious, anyone who stayed here are recommend to have a try. All in all, it is a lovely apartment and strong recommend, you won want to miss it.

Great food all over the dining places, though expensive. More or less 15-20 USD for burger. Very well kept gardens with peacocks walking around completely distances you from surrounding desert and rather industrial territory.
The location, the location, the location… It is in the city center of Cape town with less than a minute walking distance from a bus stop, 10 minutes walking to civic center and less to long street. It is in a high floor so it isn’t noisy, they have a very safe and secure system for the building admission and the car parking. it was really a comfort place with ALL the amenities and facilities needed. Katrin" the hostess" was really helpful and nice, she met us upon arrival to give us the keys and to show us around. I think it is the best stay in cape town city center.
Nice clean room, quite relaxing place, good A/C, comfortable bed, supplement watter each day, free coffee, TV, … hot water, for reasonable price, on good place, walking distance to the food markets, lot restaurants on main street, next time will return to this place, thanks
Everything my family and I needed was in the apartment – and all else we needed was within a one minute walk from the front door! Very helpful staff.
Very close to the Staples Centre, easy access for taxi pickups. Clean building, room and facilities. Nice pool and spa. Well maintained. We locked our key in the room by accident, got a spare key to get back inside free of charge (had to go back to the key pickup location tho). Otherwise we were very happy with our base headquarters during our stay and first time visit to LA. Tea, coffee and washing powder. Excellent wifi, fast and never dropped out. We booked an extra night by phone, easy to arrange and fast.

The staff were helpful. The breakfast buffet was good. We chose the hotel because they had a shuttle to COEX convention center. Then we found out that the shuttle only ran in one direction, 3 times in the morning.
My partner and I really enjoyed our stay at Riad Vania. Facilities were exactly as depicted in the photos. We particularly enjoyed lounging at the pool on scorching days and the staff was particularly warm and welcoming. We chose to have our last dinner at the riad, and it was probably the best Moroccan meal we had during our 10-day stay in the country. Breakfast was lovely, rooms were nicely decorated, and we could even have our laundry done for free! The wifi, although sometimes cutting off, generally good.
