I was very upset because I accidentally booked an additional day for the room via booking.com. I booked check in on may 18 and I did not arrive until may 19th. it was my mistake but the hotel wouldnt refund any of my money. Ive done sooo many bookings with booking.com and booking.com did not help meeither. I’ve never made this mistake so you can imagine my frustration to have to spend 1200 Australian dollars for a room I never used!
The staff makes everything to make you confortable. The cost/benefit is fantastic. The breakfast is awesome and served on your room. The place is clean and not too far from Ubud main road (walking distance) but far enought to make it quiet.
The room was huge and had everything you could possible need. The bed was so comfortable

Apartment was very clean and very well equipped. Owner was very helpful when we first arrived and provided a list of cafes/restaurants we could visit. Location is good for access to the old town and other attractions.
This accommodation is really good value for money. We stayed in private room with bathroom, room is tiny but clean and you have everything you need there, even towels. You can hear everything from the rooms next to you but it is normal in hostels i guess. The hostel is really close to the public transort (tram and train), only 6 tram stops from the city centre (Alexanderplatz).
