The food spread for breakfast and attentiveness of staff was excellent.
The hotel was very close to the station which was good – however not in the greatest location. The room was very outdated. Although we had booked for three adults, pillows and towels has only been put out for two – not a huge problem because they were supplied when we asked, but still not a great first impression. Breakfast was just average.
I was impressed by the Mexican restaurant. I didn’t know it was going to be Ladies Night, but was happily receiving three free delicious drinks. Unfortuntaley I didn’t like the beef ribs I had ordered, but the waitress was very kind. I was offered something else from the menu, and in the end she didn’t let me pay for the meal. How service-minded is that!!
a bit confusing looks like your paying twice once with booking.com then yo have another invoice that you have to pay with them a few days prior of depature. But yes will be returning to hotel

Location was great. People at reception were helpful and welcoming. The city itself is great.
I arrived there early in the morning after the overnight train and was very exhausted. However, a staff was very nice she let me check in earlier and even allowed me to have breakfast! I had an upper bed but every bunk bed has proper stairs to go up easily. Breakfast was buffet and also you can have drinks and refreshments anytime. Good access to Donmueang airport and its located in just front of the station.
We really liked staying at Uma Sapna. The room is big and the bathoom is great with the nice big bath. The private garden and pool are beautiful and relaxing. We spent a lot of our time in Seminyak just hanging out in our garden and floating in the pool. A big bonus was that a new cool restaurant called Kilo is now part of the villas. We ate our complimentary breakfast there everyday and even ordered room service for lunch most days and ate it by our pool. The food was just that good and our garden so relaxing, why would we move!? If i had to say a downside it would be that the villas are a few years old now and you can see a bit of wear and tear. Slightly outdated in style. Nothing that would prevent me from giving the villas and 9.5/10!
We rested in this hotel second time. Good location, friendly staff, good eating. Large yard with trees before hotel on see coast. Calm atmosphere. Normal price. Excursion to old roman city.
The rooms were spacious and very comfortable. Bed and bedding excellent.
