Looking at the pictures, this property looks beautiful. In real life….. For a complex just built in 2008, they are in for major issues. You can see the rot everywhere. Guarantee there are serious mould issues. It’s a huge property, so we wondered if they simply can not keep up with the maintenance. Employees were all very pleasant. Our unit was clean. Our best moments were outside of the suite. Beach Club was fantastic. Great food and service was good.

The rooms was really clean and nice, the bed was really comfortable and big, and the shower was very good too. Breakfast is ok, has a nice selection (very good scrambled eggs).
Having the space of an entire studio apartment with furnishings and kitchenware, washing machine, iron etc. Apartment was clean and tidy. Mini supermarket is steps away from apartment.

We liked pretty much everything! The value for money in this place is just amazing. You are located in the heart of Medina while still being very calm, with a great rooftop overlooking the roofs of Marrakesh. Great breakfast, freshly prepared every morning, comfortable room with air condition and pretty much everything you need. Rachid who welcomed us with big smile and warm heart just an amazing person whom you can ask about any good recommendations for Morocco!

Interior design is great. A lot of space in rooms. Very comfortable bed.
Excellent central location in Jing An district makes it convenient to go around places from the hotel. Easy to travel to HongQiao Airport via taxi from the hotel too. Room was very clean and bed was very comfy. From the front desk, concierge to housekeeping staff were all very approachable and friendly. Will stay at Hilton Shanghai again.
