Absolutely fantastic small boutique hotel operated by wonderful owners, Angela and Thomas. The staff was also always pleasant and willing to help. Owners paid attention to every detail and provided a perfect place to stay. We had a room with balcony facing the courtyard and garden, which was full of fruit trees. The breakfast was one of the best and delivered with personal attention & smiles. The location was excellent with easy access to the tram and U-Bahn, and walking to the Old City (Historic Center) was less than 20 min at a comfortable/pleasant slow pace. Lots of great restaurants nearby.
The whole experience of being here is lovely. The staff (especially Angela) were kind and friendly, the room was huge and comfortable, and the included breakfast was delicious. They’ll cook your eggs to order along with the included bread, cereal, jams, yogurt/fruit, meat/cheese plate, and whatever coffee or tea you would like. We recommend taking advantage of booking a dinner here during the stay. (Just let them know one day in advance.) You will want to have a phone if you’re checking in when the restaurant isn’t open. The door will be locked with a note including phone #s to call to be let in. It only took a minute to have someone at the door, but they may not hear you knock when you arrive!
We liked this place at first sight! Everything was perfect! )) wery kind and helpful host, comfort parking, clean and wide rooms! 😉 We found everything we can need in the bathroom, that’s was very nice of the owners. Balcony, bed, pillows, welcoming fruits, free coffee and tea… everything had been done for our comfort! ) Breakfast was so nicely organized…)) I reccomend this place, definately!
Schreiners is a lovely place tucked away in the heart of Vienna. A peaceful and serene place with lovely hosts and a great breakfast. My favourite was the garden area where you can enjoy the summer sun.

This place is absolutely fantastic! The staff is very friendly and helpful. Walking from the street through the gate is like entering a different world – peaceful and cozy. I truly recommend this place!
Lovely room, very comfortable and spacious. Tram into town just outside the door. Great breakfast and very friendly hosts. Excellent evening meal in the restaurant also. I found it very convenient to get to the accommodation on the airport bus to Westbahnhof – only a 10 minute walk away. I will definitely stay here again on my next trip to Vienna!
This is an excellent small hotel located about 20 minutes walk from old town Vienna. The room I had was both enormous and very well maintained, with excellent furnishings. The staff and owners were friendly, and breakfast was excellent. I also had dinner one night, which was also very good. Unless I had a specific reason to stay in another party of Vienna, I wouldn’t hesitate to stay here any time I was in town.
Excellent facilities, very good service, good location. Very comfortable spaces.
