The lobby is very pretty and the hotel everywhere is spotless clean , our room was great ! the beds were very very comfortable and warm , lovely balcony , great compact kitchen , amazeing shower !

We liked the fact that the rooms have a little kitchen and a balcony overlooking greenery. The room and bathroom were a bit tight, but modern and very clean. The hotel has elevators and air conditioning which is not always the case in hotels in Europe in that price category. If you want to be near the night life of Vienna, this is not a good location, but we enjoyed the quietness and easy accessibility of public transportation.
Close by trams and buses direct into city centre. Konditori cafe and supermarket on ground floor. Excellent breakfast. Easy parking.
Great friendly staff. They answered every question even gave helpful tips on which locations to visit. The rooms are very quiet, clean. Could not have asked for a better first experience in Vienna.
