Bed, size of the bedroom and the receptionist and the quiet despite the traffic outside .
The reception staff were very friendly & helpful. The hotel is traditional & full of characture. The hall/lounge is very cosy. The reception closes at 7pm everyday so you need to ring the owner to request your room key which is kept in a box outside the hotel entrance. Coffee making facilities in the room would be a nice idea. The hotel is a short metro ride from the town centre in a nice area.
The room was spacious and the towels changed daily. The room was kept very clean. The location was ideal and very central. We walked most places.
Comfy, clean and good value for money and location is great as well
Very quiet in the evening, no real noise from road or other guests.
Easy check in when arriving late, staff was available to keep our stuff, location is perfect.
Located near Hotel Regina and very close to metro. 4 stations away from Karlsplatz station.
Very comfortable and the hotel has a lot of character. We were given a huge and very nice room
Really liked the location and we had a beautiful view of the Votive Church. Night really comes alive in this part of Vienna with a really relaxed and cool energy. Lots of restaurants, bars, and cafes to suit everyone and even just strolling around was a nice way to spend some time. Would really like to visit Vienna again and would not hesitate to stay here again.
