Location just perfect. Amazing host Sabrina she advised what to visit, she gave us a map too, which is most important not to get lost. Very warm welcome and she was very helpful. Bed was very confortable, room was very nice. I would recommend this place. And I will visit Verona again. Also You can reach old town by walking distance just in 5 min. Bus stop just next to it if you coming from train station bus 73. Just small tip those who has difficulty with stairs there is no lift.

This was a nice place to stay and very clean and very comfortable Bed with flat screen tv and a good little coffee machine with free coffee pods and little cake included two free bottle of water as well owner Sabrina was very nice and very helpful gave us a map of Verona close to the center about a 5 minute walk I must say when you have a shower you must not have a long shower as my wife had her shower and when I got into the shower the hot water run out and had to finish my shower with cold water and also a noisy fan in the bathroom but they are minor things I would stay in this place again as it felt very cosy and a very clean well run apartment service
The hotel is nice,the staff is excellent,very comfortable
Greeting we had on arrival. Nothing too much trouble for Sabrina. Raining when arrived, she helped carry our luggage. Many steps to climb to the apartment but we are elderly (80yrs) and found them no problem. We have only praise for this accommodation and will certainly stay again. Even a taxi was a arranged for us to the airport.
The staff were so friendly, extremely helpful and a pleasure to meet.
Staff went above and beyond to male sure that we had a pleasant stay. They even loaned cushions to us for the opera. We highly recommend piano tre.
Absolute hit! Location terrific on walking distance from the center. Carpark arround the corner incl. the Piano Tre discount very well priced. The host was the best. Very friendly and informative about town, restaurants. etc.
Comfortable bed. Good breakfast. Helpful staff. Quiet. Very handy location for Gare de Lyon.
