The location was close to everywhere to visit on foot. In Venezia, the apartment in the old building of course had a good atmosphere. The staff who greeted us was so nice.
location was really good, vaporetto stops, Rialto Bridge, main shopping streets, restaurants, etc all within very easy reach,
If you are gong to spend more than a day or two in Venice this is the place. It was in a neighborhood so not touristy. Lots of restaurants and a grocery store. One night we came home and there was a band playing tango music in the square a block from our apartment and the square was full of dancers. It was about a ten minute walk to the vaporetto which we used extensively. Like the washing machine.
Bed was comfy.kitchen was ok except no working coffee pot

Location was great about 10 minute walk to station very easy to find and about 25-30mts walk to touristy San Marco there are lots of good restaurants in the square only a couple of minutes walk a gondola stop is right near the square and costs a flat rate of 80euro for 30mts before 7pm the apartment has everything you need for a short stay
Excellent location only a short walk from the Rialto Bridge and Piazzale Roma. Friendly staff member who met us at the waterbus stop. Clean.
My apartment’s location is great for people seeking a quiet area. It is also 5 mins away from Orto water bus station, 2 stops away from the airport. Rooms are comfortable, kitchen, hot water and heating are working perfectly. The agent provided us phone cord free of charge.
It was located a short walk from the Rialto bridge and all the waterbus routes. It was a well appointed apartment, with comfortable furniture
