it was a short walk to san marco piazza, lots of shops and restaurants around, but easy to get lost, a little hard to find unless you have maps on your phone, but beautiful place,old, great breakfast, as far as continentals go…..
Beautiful place. Very nice hotel with a beautiful garden, friendly staff and good breakfast. Quiet and clean. Our room was big with a fantastic roof painting and a big terrace located next to the canal. Fantastic!
The furnishings, Frescas, garden, fresh gourmet breakfast, chandeliers, staff, and location were superb. The attention to detail was second to none.
The rooms were basic but comfortable. The staff and location were great. Venice can be a lot on the senses during the day with the throngs of people. The hotel is very close to the action but actually quite secluded on a nice street with some low key piazzas nearby.
Location great. Rooms clean and spacious. Excellent service from staff – they even put a cake in my Mums room for her birthday with no influence from us. Good breakfast.
