Superior room was just that – Superior, from the bathtub to the rain shower to the room itself, right ON the canal!!
Staff very friendly and helpful, location was excellent for getting around the city and close to shops, bars, restaurants and places of interest.

This small hotel was great. It is a little tricky to find and there are a couple of flights of stairs to get up to get to it. The breakfast room was a bit tight. But the rooms were clean and comfortable and we had a lovely view of the canal from our window. We were only there one night and it met our needs perfectly.
Alice was fantastic! She coudn’t have been more helpful, friendly and cheerful:) She was such a pleasure to interact with! The view of the Grand Canal was amazing! Especially the Rialto Bridge and the sunsets.
