Excellent: 3 minutes to Sant Marco and Doges Palace, very clean, fridge in the room, very helping hosts
We were allocated a room in an house about 200m from hotel. Small room with tiny window.
Area was good, close to st marks amd the main tourist area, we liked how it was closed off and quite private. Wasnt tok hard to find as the owner had good communication.
The room was a good size compared to other places we have stayed. It was clean and close to San Zacc.
Our stay this week at Ca Del Dose was very disappointing. We had stayed in 5 places in Italy the past month. This was the 6th on our Italian road trip. This was by far the oldest, tiredest, most expensive and unfriendly accommodation we had encountered.The staff were doing us such a favour . NO English. Otherwise , we were nicely situated in the Castelle district , very close to San Marco , and water taxi stops. Use the San Marco ferry stop from the terminal.
Location to everything was fantastic. Liked the idea of an apartment with little kitchen but didn’t use it. Bed was great. Pillows were great.

The location was extremely close to the Biennale locations, St Marks Square, and transport. The staff were very helpful, and let us leave luggage after checkout.
I simply cannot say enough good things about this gem of a B & B. Tucked into the beautiful countryside that reminded me of the prairies at home in North Dakota, one would not expect to find such a quaint farmhouse with sparking clean rooms and the best hosts we have encountered. Dan & Prue made us feel like we were in a home away from home and their rescue sheep dog was just as sweet. The breakfast was a beautiful and tasty spread and we dined while breathing in fresh county air & listened to the morning doves coo. We were the first American guests, so I’d challenge all of my American friends to seek out the Via Bruno Rossi B & B. 10/10 stars!!
The location is perfect, both apartments are very comfortable.
