Privacy, peace and quiet. very comfortable accommodation. Outstanding location.
Great location, 5 minutes from Rialto, 10 minutes from Saint Marco square. Room was comfortable and pleasant. Good breakfast, wifi was working good. Staff was very helpful and cooperative. I strongly recommend it.
Apartment is very clean and big , which is not common is Italy. Breakfast is nice with wide selection. Host is friendly and helpful. Would recommend to others.

Our room was located on the ground floor of this lovely building, the windows look out over a small canal. The whole building is gorgeous and the breakfast was very good too, I really felt like I was in Venice! Our room was very clean and comfortable. The property is just slightly off the beaten track which is what we prefer, so you can walk around some quieter areas where you get a better feel for the real Venice. At the same time you can easily walk to Rialto Bridge or San Marco square from here too. There is a hospital nearby which has an exhibition in it which is worth having a look at, even if it just for the building! Our host was very nice and helpful and gave us some good tips on where to go. Overall a very pleasant stay and would definitely go back!
This B&B is in a fabulous location. It is central to many sights and restaurants. It has easy access to a couple of water bus stops. Most remarkably the staff are amazing!! They met us at the taxi stop to bring our bags to the B&B, they escorted us through the maze of Venice to meet a tour, they accommodated our large party breakfast needs and more. Their hospitality is the best I have experienced.
Our apartment was very clean with a lot of space. Location was excellent, quiet but close enough to the action. Breakfast was basic but exceeded my expectations. Staff was accessible to answer all of our questions and very responsive. I would stay here again and recommend it to a friend.
