Right in the middle of Venice, great location. Great facilities
Location close to San Marco and Rialto bridge. Hotel is new and well decorated. Rooms were much bigger than the average hotel in europe which was a plus. Having the option of a spa onsite is great after a long day walking and s good way to relax. Staff were friendly and attentive.

Hotel is just 3 mins from the Rialto Bridge stop, 12 mins from the Basilica and Doges Palace and St Mark’s Sq. Good breakfast options inc scrambled eggs though they charge for any omelettes and fresh juices etc. Comfortable bed and good sized junior suite. Towelling robes and slippers etc.
The staff were kind and efficient. The hotel is in a great location and we loved our stay. As a final treat to ourselves, we travelled from the hotel to the airport by water taxi, which was just great.

Fantastic hotel, well located between Grande Canal and St Mark’s square. The whole building had been carefully renovated to keep the feeling of an old palace. The room was fantastic with a private roof terrace.
