The staff were so very helpful and friendly! Nothing was a problem for them. Breakfast was very good each morning with lots of fresh fruit and pastries. We also had lunch a few times and the standard was just as good. The pool is beautiful and loungers are comfortable. We stay away a lot and I can honestly say this is one of the nicest places we have stayed! …also, when we arrived back from day trips or nights out we would always be greeted with "welcome home" from the Staff! It was so lovely and felt very genuine. The balinese are truly welcoming and we really felt that whilst staying here.

This hotel was stunning and fantastic value for money. Our room was huge and spotless, with a big bath that looked out to the jungle. The staff were impeccable and treated you like royalty but also like their family, always welcoming you ‘home’ when you came back to the hotel. They really couldn’t do enough for you. They also do a shuttle service which is really helpful. The spa is so peaceful too (though more pricey than other spas in Ubud, you get way better service for money in a better environment than other places). We would 100% recommend this and would 100% visit again!!
The Udaya is a wonderful hotel, localized in Ubud but far enough from the busy center, in a quiet lovely place. The staff was very kind and friendly, always receiving us with a smile. The scenery and landscape of this resort is enchanting. I truly recommend this place and hope you appreciate as we did. We used the spa located inside the resort. It was really good and relaxing, we recommend the classical balinese massage, finishing with tea in the jacuzzi with view for the outside of the hotel!
The staff was kind and helpful. We really loved staying at this hotel. Villa was big and clean. Enjoyed every minute of our stay in here. Food at the restaurant is amazing and you can choose breakfast from many variations.
We stayed in two rooms during our honeymoon in Bali, one a garden suite and the other a "villa" with a private pool because of limited availability. This is a fairly new hotel and the staff is very nice and accommodating. We tried a couples massage at the spa and, although we didn’t know it at the time, this was the best massage we were going to have in Bali. We stayed at the Udaya first during our visit to Bali, and they set the bar high: Every place we stayed at afterwards we compared to Udaya, and rarely matched.
