Ketut’s Place is a lovely little oasis with local charm. The family-owned and operated ‘home-tel’ serves delightful food with a smile, offers a full concierge service for booking day trips and onward travel, and truly cares for you as one of their own. Located on a quiet(er) road used more by locals than tourists, Ketut’s is perfect for singles, couples and young families who want a quiet base for exploring Ubud and the surrounding cultural areas and scenery.
The room was great! I was expecting shower curtains, but that’s a personal problem. 🙂 WiFi was a little lagging, cutting off various times throughout the day.
staff and service and room size and facilities were good
The staff were exceptionally helpful, kind and took very good care of us. Any thing we needed or wanted to do outside the property was looked after by Koming (ketuts son). It was so nice not to have to worry about anything. This is a traditional baleneese family home and is very beautiful. We felt very much apart of the family. Thank you ! Would absolutely recommend a must stay for anyone wanting a small peice of heaven in a very busy ubud. ❤️
The staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful – we felt like part of their family.
Room and bathroom were very spacious and clean, comfortable bed, quick response by staff, few minutes walk from restaurants, cafes and supermarket, free shuttle to and from city center.
