Hotel was clean and modern with friendly, helpful staff. We didn’t use the hotel shuttle bus but were told it was available if we pre-booked it the night before. Hotel was short stroll (10 min) to nearest metro station which brought us directly to city centre. Reception staff gave us a map to show how to get to station and assisted us with information on how to get to some of the tourist locations. Hotel room was clean, toiletries were replenished daily. Overall enjoyable stay.
