Good price. Good location. Size is ok for Tokyo standards. Would definitely come back.
Nothing special to like. Just a plane simple hotel. Or like a room to stay.
Convenience store right across the street (its a Lawsons: Anthony Bourdain says Lawsons egg salad sandwiches are the best in the world). Train station 4 blocks away. English speaking staff. Restaurant in Hotel. Onsite laundry (coin operated).
Stayed here because the Mystays hotel in Asakusa bashi was fully booked. Kameido is a residential area, a bit out of the centre of Tokyo, and Kameido station is a ten minute walk from the hotel. Some places to eat and a convenience store within 100 m of the hotel and plenty of eating places, bars and shops around Kameido station. However not much in English. The hotel has a coin operated laundry with washing machine and tumble dryer. Efficient, friendly, English speaking receptionists. The room was compact but well equipped, with fridge, microwave, tea/coffee making facilities, and spotlessly clean.
The friendliness of the staff and their attempts to help, even with the language barrier.I used a translation app, though a couple of employees spoke some English , which was helpful at times
The location is accessible and safe to walk even you come home late.
The location was good. It took around 5-10 min by walk from station to hotel.
They had excellent facilities. The room had a great internet connection, was well lighted and had a decent sized TV (roughly 22 inch). There waw no issue with the water temperature or pressure in the bathroom. Bed (Double size) and pillows were comfortable. Oh, and the breakfast was great. Wide selection and tasted superb. You could get extra towels and bedding from reception.
Quiet location, close to JR train station (the nearest entrance is just at the end of the boulevard behind a row of the houses) which provides quite a good connection to Tokyo central districts and eliminates the need to use metro. Kettle and microwave at the room provide extra flexibility.
Close to everywhere, nice coffee shops and ice cream behind the corner. Mini supermarket 5 min away from the flat. Close to the Clerigos Tower and other attraction. Strongly recommended. In front of the door was a quiet pub.
