Best hostel ever. I’ve experienced lots of hostels around the world, and Imano was the best one. Room, lobby, bathroom, and showeroom were all cleam and neat. So cozy atmosphere and I could sleep well with a warm bed and light. Charger and the small light were all up on my head. Staff were so kind and nice. I could also let my baggage at the lobby before check in and after checkout. I will definitely visit this hostel again whenever I get to chance to visit Tokyo again.
Brand new hostel with modern facilities, stayed in the Japanese style room for 2. Was tight and would not suit anyone with a large amount of luggage, bathroom was pretty big for the room size. If you’re after a room just to sleep in and not going to spend much else time there then this was perfect. 1 min walk to closest metro and 10 min walk to Yurakucho on the Tokyo loop line for those using Rail Pass.
Staff very friendly and room is great. I booked the room with own private bathroom. Room is small but it value money and clean. “The room with own private bathroom” also have everything shampoo, soap, towel, toothbrush and toothpaste no need to rent. This hotel is close to subway too.
The breakfast was good, but it’s limited to 1 panini and sime cereals. The Location is really nice, there are shops, metro stations and everything suitable is around and easy accessible.
Best bang for the buck. You can rent beds, not rooms. A bit like the capsule hotels. And they are cosy. A real Japanese experience. Of course the quality and cleanliness is Japanese too. Means immaculate. We’ve stayed there with 3 kids. They really enjoyed it. We rented 3 beds in a 4bed room. Probably we’ve been the loudest ones I guess, but there were noone else disturbing us. Breakfast taste and quality is very good but there’s only one choice. Panini and cereal with plain yoghurt. Which is ok for short term stay. But the best thing is, you can buy it each morning. Means if you leave early or you just dont feel like you just dont go there en dont by it. Absolutely flexible.
Nice beds, nice hostel design. Within walking distance to Tsukiji market and four subway stations. 20 minutes ride to Tokyo station. Nice cafe with 600 yen breakfast. friendly staff. Plenty of convenient marts in its vicinity
Amazing comfortable beds. Even the dorms is quiet and private when the curtain is drawn. Loved the private room. And the cafe is just cosy. The laundry room is conveniently on the same floor as the cafe which is good for waiting out the laundry over a cup of coffee or beer.
The hostel is located in great location near Ginza. About 15 minutes walking from Ginza station and 15 minutes to the Tsukiji fish market. The staff is uttmost friendly and nice. Imano Tokyo Ginza hostel is top-notch clean. Absolutely spotless. The bunks are the biggest I have ever seen. You could fit two people inside and still have room to spare. Bathrooms are modern with great water pressure. Wifi is fast and reliable throughout the property. On the second floor there is conveniently located bar which serves drinks and snack from 5-10pm. Perfect opportunity to meet other travellers. Breakfast is served from 7-10am. I was already gone by the time, so cannot pass my opinion on that, however the price is excellent. Overall completely satisfied with my stay.
Very nice hostel! Really clean, with friendly staff and tasty breakfast! Close to metro stations. I recommend to anyone who is going to visit Tokyo. 😊
