The place clean n comfort many restaurant and mini market around
Hyu House was very easy to get to, located in a safe and clean neighbourhood. Walking distance to two major subway stops. Rooms are modern and clean. Even in the middle of Tokyo, at night, it is very quiet and calm. Future guests should know that you are staying in a sort of central part of the city, equal distance (20 to 30 minutes by subway) to most attractions. However, you are in the Korea Town of Tokyo. If you are faint of heart and not sure about the cuisine around, there are many mainstream fast food places (McDonalds, Burger King, Wendy’s) are available by 10-15 minutes walk. The host is very accommodating and pleasant, fresh towels are provided daily, there are various amenities if you forget something (toothpaste, toothbrush etc.). In our case, he was also kind to accommodate (for a small fee) a late check out time when we explained flight times etc. Would definitely stay here again, looking forward to the next trip!
The manager was very helpful and kind. His Korean is great and English is good enough! Very cozy. Rooms and bathrooms were clean and comfortable. Great location in Koreatown and close to major subway stations.
Even though it is in a district with lots of nightlife and street noise, the place is really quiet. Our room (and the facility) was immaculate. We came in mid day for a rest (it was brutally hot outside), and our host brought us ice cream bars to cool off--he was so thoughtful! The AC worked like a charm and we rested in comfort for our entire stay. It is close to the Shin-Okubo station on the JR Yamanote line. Great budget property.
The host is very nice! He cleaned our room, changed our towels, and also folded my pajamas and our bags. He doesn’t know English but still tried to use translation and talked to us sincerely.
This was the perfect location in Tokyo’s Korea Town with incredible street food and restaurants around. A spotless place with a very kind host. I will be back indeed! 🙂
Excellent position. The owner is very friendly despite the communication problems. The place looks perfect and clean, but we found a live cockroach in our room and one at the entrance to the Structure, this has conditioned our sleep.
Location of this accomodation is really good. It is in the centre, surounding is full of small restaurants and shops. It is harder to find, but it looks like a Diagon Alley from Harry Potter books 🙂
Excellent location in Tokyo for visiting all parts of the city. Metro lines less than 5 minutes walking distance. Very nice staff, very helpfull. Clean, quite big rooms.
liked the set up of the bathroom thats separated with the fully automated toilet and the lavatory outside. Location is perfect if you want to be in Ginza. the rooms are bigger than the usual tokyo hotels.
