staff were amazingly friendly and helpful. (just don’t ask for them to sort baseball tickets out. Pop next door to the stadium and do it yourself, way easier). the room was beautiful as was the bathroom.
The bathroom area was a dream. Very fun and convenient. Excellent bed – very comfortable. Really clean – immaculate (and I’m pretty picky). Easy to relax in.
Best room we have stayed in. Staff we extremely friendly and helpful. Location was brilliant being based next to a Baseball stadium which I would recommend going to (Tokyo Swallows) as well as being a great central location to all the fun places to visit (in between Shibuya, Harajuku, Rappongi and Ginza)
The gym is very nice and the service is great. Only minus (and thats a big minis) is the smell in the room. Seams like it was a smoking room, and carpets were dirty.
The room size was nice and bigger thean the standard japanese hotels.
Excellent hotel! I will definitely stay here again. Very clean and modern and close to attractions. The staff was nice and friendly. We wanted a spacious room being that hotels in Japan are very small. The room was big and the bed was huge and comfy.

The room is big and clean, especially the bath room. Most of the staff are helpful and sincere, except one female staff in the reception. I went to the reception and requested her help to make reservation for a restaurant, she first told me because I will be checked out to the hotel the same day and not able to reserve a table in the restaurant, the reason is the restaurant will need to guarantee the booking, and then she started to call the restaurant, but there is no one answer, then she asked me to do the reservation online by myself and not willing to help to call the restaurant again. I have been to Tokyo for many times, this is the first time I experienced that worse customer services in Japan, that is very rare to see in Japan.
I feel that the service given to us by the staff were on the next level. We could NOT feel any hesitation or irritation when we needed them to help us reserve or inquire what good restaurant to go to. Their service is A+. The hotel is very clean and decorated very well. The main door and the back door had both access to the train. 🙂
