This is a fantastic hotel with exceptionally friendly staff.
Very impressed that the crew was knowledgeable in every respect of the facility and services. The free rahmen service was a releif after a long day at the Land.
Excellent service despite the fact they could speak little English
The staff was excellent, went out of their way to help. The manager personally picked us up and dropped us off at the train station, whenever the shuttle was not running. Very good traditional Japanese breakfast.
Fantastic and friendly service. The hotel was very accommodating and had great hospitality, including a shuttle to/from Maihama Station and free ramen hour. The location is also great – very close to Disney Sea/Tokyo Disney.
New, clean, large room, large bathroom, great bed and pillows, and all you need in the room. Fantastic, I think the best hotel I have stayed recently in Tokyo area. Definitely, I will use it again. They offer free rides from the station (Maihama Disneyland) and Disney Sea. Breakfast was fantastic.
