Close to subway, quiet neighborhood. Everything is so clean. Room size is perfect for three persons.
The room was comfortable and the kids really loved Pepper, the robot concierge. There were lots of options for breakfast too.
Very Convenient to Haneda airport, Clean, Nice Staff and Big room
The hotel was near the Hamamatsucho station and lots of restaurants. Easy to find and the room was awesome. They provided pajamas, toothbrushes, soap, razors etc etc. Also, they left my WiFi-pack that arrived that day in our room before we checked in. The hotel was super clean too. From the hotel you can also walk to Tokyo Tower!
The ambiance is welcoming and soothing. Check in and check out process is quick and smooth. Room itself as pictured and more. The hotel provided us with daily pj, good quality toileteries, fresh towels, teas. The best thing were the toilet, bed and heavenly pillow. I asked the front office to let me buy the heavenly pillow. Managed to get two instead of three. Better than nothing. If I could, I want to get the bed and toilet too. 😝😝😝

My wife, daughter and I stayed here for 1 night as we were travelling back from Kyoto to Singapore via Tokyo. It is a very clean hotel and the room category we chose was convenient for the three of us. We didn’t get breakfast with our rate but I did see the buffet and it looked quite good compared to what I have seen in Tokyo. Overall, this is a nice, clean hotel with decent sized rooms offered at pretty good prices.
Close to the airport, beachfront location, amazing staff, nice food, nice fresh and modern room!
