Fabulous meet & greet service from Rocco! He even carried our bags up 3 flights of stairs 👏 The apartment was spacious, very clean & had everything we needed.
excellent location, very warm welcoming, informative, patient people.. always available .. The location is in the heart of the waterfront facing of split oldtown.. all the reasturants and bars and shops around you.. the main harbour for ferry’s and catamarans is just 5 mins walk.. cant think of a better place to stay within split oldtown if ur looking for a serviced apartment

Fantastic host. Helped with early check-in and luggage and arranged a doctor to my room when I was extremely sick late at night. Property was beautiful and location was spot on.

Roko’s customer skills outstanding! He assisted us with whatever we needed, couldn’t ask for more.
The accommodation was simply fantastic! Just next to the Diocletian palace with an awesome sea view. It is just along the Harbour and so many tourists pass by daily but yet it’s not noisy. Roko was very welcoming, warm, friendly and helped with our luggage. He gave us lots of tips and clear advice on the apartment and Split itself. The bed was soft and truly comfortable which was important since we stayed for 3 nights. The balcony offered beautiful views of the sea and Everyday it differed depending on the weather. I’d highly recommend as it was the best stay we had experienced in Croatia.
Great location although a bit noisy as it’s right on the ocean boardwalk
The location was in a residential area near a main road and public transportation. I enjoyed the community atmosphere in the communal kitchen in the morning and evenings. I enjoyed that each floor had restrooms, showers, and a laundry room with extra sinks and sinks.
