The whole stay was amazing! The location of the hotel is close to all the main sights and railway station if you arrive by train, the airport is also rather close, about 20-25 minutes drive., the hotel is cozy, clean, light, the staff is friendly and very efficient. Breakfast is delicious, especially coffee and croissants. The room was new, rather spacious, tidy, with lots of light! I would definitely recommend that hotel to stay in Florence!

Exquisite gem of a hotel, with an incredible staff: guest ratio. This place is run like a palace and the riads are simply stunning. The spa is an amazing 2 floor marble wonder.

The hostel is in a good location, I had stayed there before for a night. This time for a week, so I knew the place. The kitchen and toilets/showers are clean. Staff are helpful and friendly. It’s spacious, lounge and kitchen are quite large.
We specifically asked for a walk in shower and kettle in our room. We were delighted that both requests had been honoured. The reception staff were very friendly and helpful. Location of hotel was perfect.
I loved the family who ran the hotel. They were very sweet and helpful. The rooms very very clean and it’s walking distance to the old city so you can get to places by walking.
