Staff very helpful n friendly. Nice room size (twin bed) for family of 4. Kids is 10 n 12 years old.
Breakfast was amazing. the staff – especially the managers – Zak and Rico were excellent. Concierge also – Kame, very very good. Suites are amazing. The view from the suites – one of a kind!
Everybody speaks english (which is a miracle for china)!! The food is great, room service and breakfast buffet both were amazing – in terms of service, taste and food presentation. Breakfast buffet’s view is nice with an artificial waterfall (or was it a fountain? I cant remember). The service is speedy and the variety of food is great. Tea time is nice & cozy – regardless of being overlooking the restaurant where the unpleasant smell comes from. Compared to another 5 star hotel we stayed in on the Bund , Waldorf Astoria wins!
Staffs are helpful and friendly. Nice luxury hotel when u travel in Shanghai. Good location just a minute walk to the bund. Plenty of nice restaurants around hotel. Definitely would visit it again soon!
Property should notice that their hotel is an international hotel and Muslims across the world are 2nd largest population of the world so plz keeping this view first of all they must have Muslim showers in toilets and secondly must have hilal food in their resturants

Beaurifull property on the bund.. its reallt huge drom the inside but everything was perfect and luxurious.
Make sure you go down for breakfast by 10.30 as that when they clear it away. The staff are very helpful
Very good location. My room was facing the Bund and Pudong skyscrapers. Very nice breakfast at the Grand Brasserie and good place to chill at the Long Bar with live jazz during my stay. Very friendly and helpful service.
