The room and all the facilities (gym, pool, bars, etc.) were excellently appointed, clean & comfortable. The views of Pu Dong skyline were unbelievable. Great food, friendly staff and gourmet breakfast.
The interior design is amazing and the staff is very helpful and speak very good english.
Staff is very nice but some, especiasly in bar area, do not speak English. Rooms are spectacular with breath taking views. Price is steep! $450 a night is allot for China’s hotel accommodations.
The breakfast was quite nice! Unfortunately during the two days I stayed with W Hotel I only made it to the breakfast buffet on the last day, what a pity! They provided wide range of food selection from asian to western style. thumbs up. However, I wouldn’t say the breakfast was the best part of the experience but yea, the food taste was satisfying.

生日订的房间 很喜欢W的风格 之前在HK住过 印象不错 上海开了之后 就找机会来体验一下 因为生日 有送巧克力 然后给我们延迟退房到了下午2点 前台的美女很nice 说话甜甜的 床就是一如既往的舒服 浴袍也是 哈哈哈哈 这回匆忙了 所以泳池酒吧没去 在楼上看着泳池感觉好小 下次有机会体验一下呗
最大的感受是服务和工作人员非常友好，响应很及时，态度礼貌温和、不刻意，保持适度的距离。酒店秉承一贯明艳靓丽、前卫跳脱的色彩搭配和设施布局，又地处北外滩新兴开发区的城市背景 ，总体很适合周末休闲放松。早餐也很丰盛，中式西式都有，露天的地理位置也很稀缺，就是泳池其实没有想象得大，但是由于其地理位置的独特性，也给人留下很深刻的印象。
