The hotel location is near dandaemon abd I love that.
1, The staff receptionist very friendly and helpful, communication on English and Mandarin not an issue 👍🏻. 2, The room got door monitor screen. 3, The toiletories, coffee & tea bag are refill daily.
Good location but not too many people know the hotel.
It is a proper and decent hotel for staying. Great location and english speaking staff. In front of the hotel is a bus stop and easy to get taxi
Staff can speak either English or Mandarin. Great help in providing general tourist information. Hotel is near main train station, easily connected to Myeongdong.
Location is really good, near to large market and metro station.
The bed was very soft that caused me a neck pain. Make up room service was poor for I even did not put the green card on the bed to renew the sleeping stuffs. Unfortunately they did not do so (I renewed it every 2 days) and. The breakfast was terrible for it repeated all discs day by day. Nobody make up the tables that used by customers afterward. on the last day, I saw a hotel staff sweep the tiny food on the floor when he was cleaning the table. When the restaurant was full, the staff still let me in and I could only stand in the restaurant and waited for the vacancy, no help from the staff that seems not their problem. It’s not a good experience to stay in this hotel for I do not think it is qualified to a 3-star hotel in multi-service offered.
the hotel is very convenient for arrival and departure by plane as it is right at the Airport bus stop. Also within esy waking distance of Dongdumeng shopping precinct.
Hotel is convenient to Airport Shuttle Bus. Rooms are modern and clean.
We felt like at home: very kind and nice personnel and nice furniture. Two steps from the center.
