Good Location. Convenient with the hotel shuttle bus.
For some reason that I do not know, hotel upgraded my room on registration.
The hotel location is very near to the metro line, and the hotel provides shuttle bus services to Myeongdong and Dongdaemun areas which made travelling so much easier! Staffs were very nice, and the hotel room was clean and comfortable. I enjoyed my stay here and will definitely stay here again when I visit Korea in the future.
Helpful friendly staff. We had a problem with our initial room and was quickly moved to another room with an upgrade.

Spacious, shuttle bus to Myeongdong. Overall it was a very good stay at the hotel.
Location is good very close to Myeongdong easy walk by foot max 15 mins. Hotel provides free shuttle bus to tourists shopping areas and market such as Dongdaemum, Myeongdong and Namdaemum market. It has two routes day and night are difference. Runs every 15 mins from 8 to 11 am then 1 hour from 12 to 6 pm, 7 to 11 every 30 mins then 1 hour from mid night to 2 am. Staff are very friendly and helpful, speak English. we asked few things and they manage to accommodate and provide support. Room is good size can fit one big and one small luggage comfortably. Bathroom and bed are clean but carpet is old. Wifi works well. Airport bus 6015 and 6001 drop off at a bus stop which very close to hotel and wait there, the shuttle bus will pick you to hotel. However you may need to wait as after 11 am to 7 pm shuttle runs every one. You can walk from bus stop about 5 mins. Hotel often offers 2 complimentary coffee during stay and 2 bottles of water everyday. Aircon works well and king bed size.
The room we had was unexpectedly large and comfy, facilities were great.
