Free water and coffee in the guestroom saved needed spare change for us. We no longer needed to remember to buy 2L water at the convenience store since the place provided us with free water.
Pretty close to Hongdae main shopping street! Either you walk or take direct bus 15 (2 stops away only!) The room and common area are clean and in vibrant colours which make the stay more joyful 🙂
The staffs are very friendly and accomodating. The place is clean.
I booked one single room , it came with a bed a shower a tv an air con and a water kettle and a fridge , it wasnt big nor small just what a one person will need .The accomodation was very close to Hongade , and to two subway lines , hapjeong and Honkik university wich makes it very accessible in the other hands banks , restaurants ,,convenience stores and all facilities were close by . The staff were nice , they could speak korean french and english . A common area exists in the upper floor which has a kitchen , a washibg machine and breakfast was also available ( tost , jam , milk and juice )

The staff was really nice and accomodating. I booked a single room but was given a room big enough for three people. I had lots of space. There was also a lot of storage space. There were shelves and dressers. I think this would definately be a good place for someone staying long term. When I came, I was also allowed to change the door code for my room to a number I could easily remember which I really liked. The place was also only a 10 minute walk to the main area of Hongdae and it’s in a pretty quiet spot. It was raining while I was there but the guesthouse had a lot of umbrellas for people to borrow.
Due to the flight delay, I went to the hotel at 2 a.m., and the owner patiently tell me how to open the door and find my room from phone call. The room was small as I expected, but all mandatory facilities are provided like air conditioner, refrigerator, washer and a private bathroom. The location is great, very close to the Hapjeong Station and Hongik University. Great cost performance and fantastic services overall.
The staff are exceptionally helpful and make a concerted effort to be friendly towards guests. The room was delightfully clean. I like the location because it is away from the noise of Hongdae, but still within comfortable walking distance.
