Staff were extremely helpful and friendly. Attention to detail was spot-on. Room was absolutely spotless each day (thanks to our cleaners Suastika & Dian) with a new towel creature to greet us each day! Breakfast selection and quality was fantastic. And the pool and bar facilities were so much fun. Restaurant meals were delicious. Resort manager Aldi was very attentive and caring when my wife fell ill during our stay, having a bowl of fruit and a note placed in our room on our arrival from hospital.
Everything is perfect. The hotel is clean and the stuff is very friendly and helpful. The hotel has many facilities (sebaceous pool, restaurant, and even check out lounge) The breakfast has many varieties. The location of the hotel is perfetc (5 mins to the beach)

Loved everything about this hotel and will definitely be back. The staff were really friendly and helpful and I even received flowers on my Birthday from the guest relations person (I think his name was Aldi) Breakfast was great and even could get it all day.

New Mar 2017 . Contemporary design. Relatively spacious rooms with large firm bed . Excellent bathroom/shower. Nice 10 min walk to main historical centre over river , and some small bars restaurants very close.
