Very good location right in old town. Entire place was very clean and bed was soft and comfortable. Lockers are huge i can fit myself inside. Staff were all very friendly and helpful as well:)
Very well furnished, amazingly big beds, comfortable and quiet. Position is perfect to visit the old town and easy to reach by tram from the train and bus station (main). Good breakfast included. Staff very welcoming and always eager to help you.

The beds are the most comfortable things I have ever slept on! I did not want to wake up. The location was brilliant, moments from the Cathedral, Old Town, river and everywhere. But… The staff!!!! The staff by far were the best thing about this place. From the moment I met them, I was welcomed with chocolates, big smiles, and friendly faces. They went above and beyond for my friend when she lost all of her belongings, contacting all of the airports/police stations/embassies and becoming our personal interpreters for the Bosnian police 🙂 I will never forget how absolutely amazing and chilled out they remained the entire experience, and must thank them for their brilliant generosity. I will not hesitate to recommend this hostel to everyone.
