Excellent location! Great staff. Located at center of the city. Santiago downtown is not very big, almost everything is within walking distance. Metro station and supermarket are close by. Staff is great and willing to help although they might need google translate. The apartment is spacious, comfortable and great for 2-3 people. Although there are several things not working properly the first night such as the shower head valve, light bulb and wood floor, the staff fixed them the next day after we told them during office hour. We stayed here before and after Easter island. After the first night, everything works pretty good.

The location of the property is excellent, it is four blocks easy walk to the main square. There is a supermarket next door, plenty of great reastaurants within the block, money exchange across the road and taxi’s at both entrances. There is a nice look out and old castle at the end of the street. Bella vista is an easy 10 minutes walk which has more restaurants, we were lucky as we came across a wine tasting for the day. Chile’s wines are fantastic. A further 5 minutes up the road you can take a ride on the ‘funucular’ to a fantastic look out.
Location was great. The people in the office where we picked up our room key were very nice and helpful. Kept our suitcase for a week while we trekked at Torres del Paine and went out of their way to make sure we were happy. They didn’t speak English either, but used a translation program on the computer. This is common in Chile and works fine.

The location is great. It is in the central downtown area of Santiago. It has 24 hour security with a supermarket next door and restaurants, bakery, and ice cream shops nearby. It is also very close to some of the primary attractions in Santiago. these are spacious air-conditioned apartments with comfortable beds. The management is very accommodating letting us store a few pieces of luggage for a few days while we went to the Atacama desert. When we returned, our luggage that had been stored was already in our new room. It was great that there was a laundry room available within the complex The management also made transportation arrangements for us to take us to the airport for an early morning flight. In addition, the price was unbelievably low. I would definitely recommend this accommodation.
the staff is so awesome ! i was lucky to check in with Michael and he was so kind to give me just the room that i wanted. the last floor and with a view on TXL RWY 26 short final, so incredible !! might not be for those who don’t like waking up at 6 in the morning because a big jet plane is taking off / landing just over your head :))) but for me it was like a Christmas every 5 minutes, i LOVE planes too much 🙂 other than planes, the room is small, but cosy, the bed is great. the bathroom is a bit on the small side, too, especially the shower, but it was not a problem for me.
