Simply put, Fabiana (the owner) is awesome!! Even though the building has numerous units, she gave me personal attention in recommendations of bars/restaurants to visit over the course of my trip, major attractions to visit or to avoid, and even invited me over to have an espresso with her and her husband! I felt like i was visiting a friend vs renting an apartment from her! The room itself was great with a fantastic view of Buenos Aires. Furthermore, the building was constructed just last year and so everything is brand new! This incredible value for money and Fabiana is a great owner! Would happily stay the next time I visit BA.
