Very good breakfast, comfortable beds, friendly staff and a good location with restaurants and sights near by.
Bathrobes! AC in the room was working very quickly.
The hotel is new and very comfortable and modern. It is very easy to move around the city with close connections to both bus and metro. Helpful receptionists specially Ivan with a good level of English which is very appreciated in Russia.
The bed comfort was great. The interior design is interesting. The cafe staff was very friendly and smiling. The prices in the cafeteria is cheap when compared to cafes outside the hotel. The atmosphere is very European.
The location is great – 15 minutes on foot from Hermitage. Restaurant serves tasty brakfasts. The staff was super nice.
The staff were extremely friendly and always willing to help. The location is perfect for sightseeing on foot and is very close to the metro. Good breakfast selection each morning. The small supermarket next door is useful and there are many restaurants on the doorstep for quick meals. Wifi is available in the rooms as well.
Bed was really comfy. Hotel place is really good just 20 minutes to Nevski or to St. Issac Cathedral. It is easy to walk around. Hotel got St.Petersburg map and it is free of charge, it is great. Staff was friendly and helpful. Wifi was really great, always worked. Atmoshpere of the hotel is really good.
