Our stay in the hotel was a great experience! Especially we want to give thanks to the best receptionist Svetlana for helping us and a great experience!
The staff are really helpful and friendly, the location is great as you are close to three Metro lines and the area is full of bars and restaurants. To get to the hotel you enter through a common lobby area that is a proper traditional, well used multi apartment lobby area. It makes the place interesting and adds to the character but if your used to staying in big chain hotels this will be different! Overall I cant recommend this place enough and will be back
Despite the old building and its most uninviting entrance, the hotel itself, all on the first floor was beautifully renovated. It will not suit people who want a large, all facilities hotel. But those who are happy with a very pleasant room, a modest but sufficient breakfast, a member of most helpful staff always on duty to help the occupants of the 6 rooms, and a quiet but an excellent location, this is a very good option for this city.

Booked this at the last minute: room a good size, comfortable bed, friendly staff. Hotel is in a converted apartment in an old, characterful building, which was a nice experience. Metro station is just a short walk away.
The hotel is a boutique style with 8 rooms set within a classic old style building. Good size, well decorated clean room, and friendly and helpful staff. Modest but adequate hot breakfast. Good and reasonably priced restaurant choices near the hotel.
Architecturally extremely interesting house, inside the rooms are delicately reminding us of the luxury of historical interiors, modern facilities with a hint to the past. Good location, two metro-stations nearby, very quiet, close to Nevsky prospect and walking distance from several shops and restaurants. But most of all I wish to express my gratitude and good words to the staff at the reception – thank you, ladies, you did make my stay special, at every step I felt welcome and taken good care of! Heartily recommended, and I’ll stay there every time from now on when I need to stay in St Petersburg. Good salads for breakfast, tea and coffee and biscuits 24/7!
