The staff was very kind to me and gently explained where the facilities and rooms were located. At the check out they prepared a last-minute business receipt and provided further help for the transportation.
Good value for money. I also liked the cleanliness. The hotel is a bit far from the city centre, however, they have a shuttle which drops you off at the train station, which is great.
Close to the airport and nothing around it, but that’s what we wanted – a quiet last night before going to the airport in the morning

Good beds, very friendly staff, quiet area, shuttle service to the metro station.
The staff was exceptionally friendly, especially Francesca at the front desk. She made us feel welcome and after a stressful commute in via public transportation.
amazing breakfast, restaurant was also OK. underground parking was very convenient as Rome is full of thieves. nice-looking and clean rooms and very helpful fluent english speaking staff. they also offer shuttle buses to nearest metro station but you have to book a seat in advance at the reception.
