I have arrived hotel @ 9 am on 22nd June (booking was from 22nd June for a day)I have requested to use hotel brakefast voucher on 22nd June as my outward flight to dubai was at 2300 on the same day (without over night stay)but hotel staff flatly refused ,FYI I have stayed in the same hotel for over a month in jan 2016 through booking.com (ie windsor astorius rio de janerio)

it is close to quite a few tourist attracttion, the subway is just round the corner. the breakfast was really good. i cant believe its only rated as 3 star.
They upgrade our room to a big nice room at 19 fl with big tube and comfortable huge bed Very good WIFI Very good breakfast Wonderful staff
