Very nice and helpful staff organizing also pick up from the airport and transfer back. There is possibility to pick up keys even late in the evening, after normal reception working hours, but you need to communicate it in advance. Apartments are very clean and well equipped (full kitchen facilities and bathroom facilities, even welcome food incl. fruits! is offered. Equipment like washing machine or hair dryer is also available). Location is also very good, only a small walk from the main city attractions, near metro, supermarket and with delicious place to eat downstairs – highly recommended for a breakfast. Good wifi. Elevator. Late check out approved with no problems.
Rooms were more than big enough and decent facilities, very clean and a great location. Staff were particularly great and couldn’t have been more helpful. Highly recommend a stay here for the value.
Absolutely perfect! Could not fault the accommodation. Location is excellent and there’s a lovely bakery just next door. There’s also a supermarket in the next street. Porto was wonderful and I would highly recommend Spot Apartments. The staff are friendly and happy to help and the transfer from the airport very easy.

Great location! Host was very helpful, check-in easy, rooms / space as described in the profile, location right in front of Trindade Metro Station and closed to city centre & stores, yet it’s not noisy. Suitable for children as well. They also have separate washing room, which was very helpful for us. Spacious bathroom. Also we got complimentary fresh fruits, chocolate and coffee and tea etc. Very clean and smelled fresh. They provided us with professional service, you can expect excellency from them!
The hosts were very nice. Waited for us until late night although we had a delay in our flight. The location is superb!!! the apartment was very clean and comfortable and it is close to metro and to the Ribeira square in Porto. At the last day we were late to our check-out and they waited for us patiently and helped us with our luggage. In short – very much recommended hosting place when you are in Porto.
We couldn’t have picked a better place to stay in Porto. We got a two bedroom apartment with all facilities and even with a washing machine (very handy for people travelling for two weeks with a small luggage). The staff are very friendly and the location is superb! Close to supermarket, pharmacy, shops, public transportation and restaurants. Definitely we will be back!
The apartment was spacious, bright, in immaculate condition and very well equipped. The staff team were fantastic: friendly, helpful, professional and knowledgeable. The location of the property is superb for walking and public transport access to all the main sights.
The apartment is really close to the metro station and was east to find. It’s position was central so it was easy to walk to all the attractions. Very clean and well equipped, and the staff went out of their way to help.
