The whole hotel was excellent with excellent staff which made our stay superb, also the location of the hotel is excellent.
Really good location to explore Porto on foot and easy access to sight seeing buses. Easy walk to the funicular to the waterfront.
Breakfast was very good, but restaurant did not meet the very high standard of the hotel.
Excellent location. Bed very comfortable and room well soundproofed (looked out onto busy square). Breakfast until midday at weekends! Good range of toiletries in the room.
The staff were very friendly and welcoming. I was presented with a flower on arrival! They were also very helpful. As we were upgraded to a suite we had plenty of room.
