absolutely phantastic!!! such kind and friendly personell.
The owner offered us to leave our bags at the closet before and after our stay at the closet which was very convenient for us.
The lady owner spoke English and was helpful and kind. She sent a boy to guide me to the property, when I was lost on foot trying to find it. I asked to use the washing machine. Instead, she asked for my dirty clothes and washed it for me, leaving the clean and dried clothes by my door in a plastic bag. Someone ( I suspect, the owner) was always leaving strawberries or cherries or cookies on the kitchen table for guests. / The room was big, quiet (no TV’s in rooms) and far from street noise, lighted well, with 2 big windows to open. Plentiful towels, soap, shampoo. English signs everywhere with WiFi code and other important numbers. Room had computer table with good chairs and nearby electric sockets. Security -- coded front gate, keyed house gate, keyed house front door, keyed room door. I tried to book an extra 3 days, but it was already reserved. No wonder. --Les, Hawaii, USA
Friendly staff 🙂 the pussy cat too… And the place is in the vicinity of all the famous tourist attractions. The port side. The beaches. And the place is safe and quiet. Lovely environment. Enjoyed the stay. Cleanliness well maintained. 🙂 staffs no English so there is no language barrier. It was overall a good experience. Thank you.

The staff were friendly and helpful, they let us leave our baggage with them after we had checked out. The place is in a beautiful old courtyard in a cool part of town; it’s peaceful but close to the centre. The room was huge and clean. We were made to feel very welcome and were able to relax immediately. It was very cheap. We will come back.
The couple running the place are very friendly & accommodating. We arrived very early in the morning on the overnight train from Kiev & Olga kindly got out of bed to let us store our packs before check in. Our deluxe double room with shower was huge! Modern & very clean. Nice that we were able to use the refrigerator & kitchen. WIFI worked well. Great central location. Easy walk to the sights & restaurants. Recommended.
Location of the "Odessa Comfort House" is very good, important sights are in walking distance. It was clean and owners are very friendly. Owners also live in the same building, and this is a big advantage if you compare with other accommodation options. By the way, we never faced a problem with wi-fi.
