The location is great, the center of the center. The room was cozy and safe. The hosts were very nice and accommodating. Wifi worked good. Could write more positive things, the place is just great.
Everything was excellent, although a bit noisy at night, thanks mostly due to the police station next door, but felt safer having them there. Super close to everything touristy, short walk to excellent dining, financial services, shopping. Management very kind and helpful, all at a very reasonable price. I will return here!!

Замечательный хозяин, всегда есть грячая вода. В номере есть гладильная доска, утюг и сушка. В соседнем доме отделение милиции.
Радушный прием, возникшие затруднения максимально быстро были устранены. Квартира оборудована всем необходимым. Замечательное расположение в центре города.
Меня порадовала, как очень брезгливого человека, чистота номера, просто на 5 с плюсом. Свежий ремонт и новая, добротная мебель создавали впечатление что ты дома. Спасибо большое, однозначно буду останавливать только у Вас.
Отличная квартирка, все очень чисто, расположение супер в самом центре вокруг очень много кафешек есть и дорогие и бюджетные варианты, хозяин очень дружелюбный сделал нам небольшой экскурс по округе показал где можно недорого и вкусно поесть. Жили семьей в четвером (с двумя детьми) разместились с комфортом! Все просто отлично!
Очень отзывчивые и доброжелательные хозяева!) В подробностях рассказали куда пойти вкусно покушать и лично провели нас на парковку (которая, к слову, находится в 200 метрах от аппартаментов). Сами аппартаменты находятся центре Одессы, недалеко от БЦ "Афина". В номерах чисто и опрятно, сделан свежий и качественный ремонт. Есть все необходимое для комфортного проживания: телевизор, кондиционер, посуда, утюг, фен, чайник, вешалки, плитка для приготовления пищи. Также, нам предоставили: чай, постельное белье, полотенца, шампунь и мыло. От пребывания остались только положительные впечатления!
