The staff was very competent, friendly and always willing to help. The room was very clean and comfortable. The location is excellent, close to the central train station and metro station, not far from the city center. The breakfast was tasty.

Lovely clean comfortable hotel in a good location not far from central railway station, however we took a taxi due to baggage. Excellent breakfast, lovely selection and very friendly staff member making hot drinks. In a street behind a very busy road but noise not a problem. Large selection of restaurants, patisseries, trattorias, fashion shops, supermarket. Bit of a walk into Duomo precinct but we caught a taxi booked through hotel. Efficient service from very friendly staff .
The hotel is excellent! Very well located, extremely good cost-benefit relation and the employees are great, especially Loredana. She was always very kind and helpful, with a smile on her face. The rooms are well equipped and the breakfast is also very good. Definitely recommend and would go back!
